From Rabbi Cohen's memo to shul mispallelim & members:

Dear Members & Friends,

From time to time, it is critical to take a step back and evaluate where a kehilla is and where it should be headed. At different points throughout the past number of years, I have asked members of Tifereth for their thoughts on various aspects of the Shul, including those related to davening, decorum, Shul appearance and atmosphere. I believe that we now find ourselves at an important juncture, in which it is necessary to reexamine various aspects of the Shul. To that end, please attend a special meeting that will be held in the Shul ballroom at 9:30 this Motzei Shabbos, where I will present my thoughts and discuss some of the steps that should be taken or considered at this time.
